Our August guests were Tex Hoy, and academy stars Jack Charles and Cobie Wainhouse (who both played in England’s recent win in France. The side are coached by Paul Anderson).
A packed room, our numbers are growing every meeting, enjoyed the players’ answers.
The VPs have a record of helping the club’s youth and often sponsor some of the younger players. In fact we sponsored Richard Horne from a young age and into his first team career.
The players told us about their rugby heroes growing up and their future ambitions. The academy players also reported on their pride lining up for England too.
All three were a credit to the club and we hope they enjoyed our hospitality.
